The GPS Shield is powered by the SUP500F Receiver from Skytraq. The receiver is a 65 channel, 10 Hz Receiver with a smart antenna built in. This all-in-one GPS receiver does not require any antennae. Serial interface is via 3V LVTTL.

It has pinning options for SRAM battery and jumpers.
