The ArduCapSense Shield adds 8 capacitive sensing buttons and an audio output jack to your Arduino. Uses the Arduino CapSense library written by Paul Badger.
Use the buttons to do any of the following:
- Program as 8 discrete buttons to control functions in the microcontroller or through the output port.
- Group the CapSense pads together to use them as a slider.
- Use the CapSense buttons as a mini keyboard and output tones through the audio output jack.
The shield includes:
- Eight CapSense buttons.
- Eight LEDs to match to the inputs.
- Eight output lines to drive external hardware.
- An output audio jack to use with the CapSense to make a virtual synthesizer.
- Eight input lines to add external CapSense pads.
